1. Services

PickNFix provides bicycle repair services at our physical location:

Our services include, but are not limited to, general bicycle maintenance, repairs, and the replacement of parts as necessary. We strive to offer high-quality service to ensure the safety and performance of your bicycle.

2. Appointments

2.1 Booking Appointments
For prompt and efficient service, we encourage customers to use our mobile application to book service appointments. This helps ensure that we can schedule and allocate the necessary time and resources for your bicycle repair.

2.2 Bicycle Pickup
When booking an appointment through our mobile application, we offer the convenience of bicycle pickup from your doorstep. Our team will arrange the pickup based on the scheduled appointment time and location details provided.

2.3 Walk-ins
While walk-ins are welcome, please be aware that availability may be limited. We prioritize customers who have pre-booked appointments through our mobile app, and walk-in services will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on staff availability and workload.

2.4 Appointment Modifications
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least [specified time frame] in advance to avoid any scheduling conflicts.

3. Pricing

3.1 Service Charges
The prices for bicycle repairs are based on the type of service and the complexity of the work required. Additional labour costs may apply for repairs requiring extensive time or expertise.

3.2 Parts and Materials
If the repair requires new parts, their cost will be added to the final bill. The cost of parts will be clearly communicated to you before the repair is completed. We only use high-quality parts, and pricing may vary depending on availability and brand.

3.3 Estimates and Approvals
Before beginning any repairs, we will provide you with an estimate of the total cost, including both labour and parts. Any additional charges beyond the estimate will require your approval before work continues.

3.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. Price changes will not affect services that have already been agreed upon and approved.

3.5 Payment Terms
Payment is due in full upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted forms of payment include Cash or UPI. Failure to settle payment may result in additional charges or legal action.

3.6 Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made before the repair work begins will not incur any charges. However, once the repair has started, you are responsible for payment of labour and any parts ordered. Refunds are not available for completed repairs.

4. Warranty

4.1 Labor Warranty

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Accurate Problem Description
Customers are responsible for accurately describing any issues with their bicycles. Clear communication regarding the symptoms or problems being experienced helps us diagnose and resolve the issue efficiently.

5.2 Providing Necessary Information
Customers must provide any relevant information or history that could impact the repair process. This may include prior repairs, modifications, or specific instructions regarding the bicycle's handling.

5.3 Timely Communication
Customers are expected to respond promptly to any inquiries we make regarding the repair, including approvals for additional parts or services needed beyond the initial estimate.

5.4 Liability for Miscommunication
We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Liability

6.1 Personal Items
PickNFix is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of personal items left with the bicycle for repair. We strongly advise customers to remove all personal belongings from the bicycle before bringing it in for service.

6.2 Compliance with Laws
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their bicycles are in compliance with all local laws and regulations. PickNFix is not liable for any fines, penalties, or legal issues arising from a customer's failure to comply with such laws.
